Our approach is collaborative and results-focused, with a goal of making the initiative as successful as possible. Results are better when you attend to the behavioral / leadership / change issues at the start of the roll-out, but we can and will help you at any time during your initiative.
The exact approach will vary depending on the where you are in the initiative, but we typically recommend a basic assessment of the current level of organizational buy-in and commitment, and the enablers and inhibitors of success. We can then give you both a "state of the nation" report and a set of recommendations that are achievable in your current culture...i.e., not in the eventual "continuous improvement" culture you may be aiming for.
